TERMS OF DELIVERY

Terms of delivery:

To Trading Oy 1009946-2 (hereinafter the online store) sells products to private persons in Finland. We reserve the right to change our delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

Orders:

To order products, please place them in the shopping cart on the company’s website. The order will be registered when you pay for the contents of the shopping cart in the online store using the checkout function. By placing an order, you indicate that you accept these terms of delivery, product prices and delivery costs. If you provide an e-mail address when ordering a product, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.

Payment:

The payment facilitator of the online store is Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is included in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payments are made via Bambora’s online service, and Bambora or Paybyway Oy will appear as the payee on the corresponding bank statement and invoice. Bambora will deliver the payments to the online distributor. Payment is safe, because all data on transactions is transmitted using an encrypted connection, meaning that the data will not be visible to outside parties.  The transaction is registered between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store will assume all the obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods:

Pay via the PayForm service using your online banking credentials, wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), invoice or partial payment. The following payment methods are accepted: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local cooperative banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto and Enterpay invoicing.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet provided that you have enabled payments in online stores in the application’s settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged from the payment card linked to the wallet. If a payment cannot be charged from the payment card, you will not be able to pay with your MobilePay wallet in the online store.

Jousto invoice and part-payment is a domestic service that allows customers to make purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is aimed at individuals who have a clean financial record. With Jousto, you will get a 30-day interest and cost-free payment period. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in instalments.

Delivery:

Orders are normally shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products being delivered from the warehouse is usually 3-5 business days. Delivery costs are fixed at 6.90 € / order (Finland) and 14.90 € / order (the rest of EU). Free delivery for orders over €50. If an ordered product is delayed or temporarily out of stock, we aim to notify the customer immediately. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service at [email protected].

If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the company immediately, but at the latest within 14 days by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or a text message to 044 980 4547. If a product is damaged, you must include an image in the email. Packages that have been damaged during delivery must also be reported to the company handling the delivery without delay.

We take no responsibility for mistakes made by the post office. Please contact the post office if, for example, your delivery has been sent to the wrong pick-up point.

We charge a €20 postage and handling fee for uncollected packages. 

Returns:

Online store products are governed by a 14-day exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Customers have the right to exchange or return any and all unused products included in an order. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

The postage fee for returned products is 6.90 € (Finland) and 14.90 € (the rest of EU).

Defective products must be reported to the company within 14 days at the latest via email at [email protected] or text message at 044 980 4547. When reporting a defective product, an image of the product must be included in the email.

When returning or exchanging a product, please fill in the return form that was delivered with the product.

As soon as the product has been delivered in a re-saleable condition, the product will be inspected and the customer will receive the money for the product within 14 days of the company receiving the returned product. Payments are always made to the same card/account as the one with which the product was paid for.

Order cancellation and complaints:

The customer has the right to exchange or return any and all unused products included in an order.

Orders may be cancelled before delivery. You can cancel an order by contacting us by email at [email protected] or by calling 044 980 4547. The online store has statutory liability for defects in sold products.
